First, I became a writer by accident (literally). Years ago, while recuperating from a near fatal car accident, I had an epiphany. The sudden and unexpected revelation to write about the twist of fate crash, was a total surprise and groundbreaking. I had never thought about writing anything outside of school, back in the day. But as I pondered the timing and purpose, I innately knew that this was so much bigger than myself. The scary, life changing collision is about an amazing major miracle that I was meant to experience and share with the world through the written word. That's when my writing journey began which ultimately included other incredible short stories about my life. As I wrote, it felt natural and even therapeutic to edit my own work. This led to me becoming a professional, freelance editor.
